To activate your warranty and obtain a registration number, please register your genuine SHOEI® helmet with Helmet House. This registration number is crucial for facilitating any future warranty claims.Registering your helmet ensures that you can quickly and easily manage claims, should you ever need to report a defect covered by our warranty.

WARRANTY
Your SHOEI helmet is covered under warranty for five years from the purchase date, or seven years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first). The warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by the consumer (i.e. dropping the helmet, etc.) is not covered under warranty.Warranty Info / Warranty Claims
